The Zimbabwe Agricultural Society continues to provide support to agricultural colleges in the country as part of its facilitation strategy. At Gwebi Agricultural College during the 69th graduation ceremony, ZAS sponsored the 'Best Overall Student Floating Trophy and Prize', this year won by Tafadzwa Mvula on 11 December 2020. Gwebi Principal Mrs S. Sibanda noted that 97% of their students had gained practical experience by serving their work-related learning periods on farms, and that the college had participated at the annual Zimbabwe Agricultural Show — an interactive platform that allowed them to engage their partners. Deputy Minister of Lands, Agriculture, Water, Climate and Rural Resettlement, Hon D. Karoro, gave the opening remarks.
